The PEF School programme will consist of lectures by leading international PEF experts introducing the basic principles as well as the applications of PEF in food and bioprocessing.
In addition, practical courses in the lab and pilot plant conducted in small groups will allow the participants to gain hands-on experience and a deeper understanding.
Enjoyable social events will allow you to explore the City of Vienna as well as Austrian history, culture and cuisine.
Participants can be awarded 2 ECTS credits for participation that includes a poster presentation.
